Photoshoot Terms & Conditions – Calendar Model Hunt 2027
- This is a contest, and the judge's decision is final in selecting the contestants and the creative process of creating the Calendar. It is binding on all participants.
- Both female and male models (18+ at the time of entry) are eligible to enter and win. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age.
- Ensure the contestant's name, phone number, and a valid email address are included with all entries. Only digital entries submitted online will be accepted.
- The photo shoot operates on a TFP/TFDVD basis. No monetary transactions will occur between the model and SOURAV DEB PHOTOGRAPHY.
- Models must not object to their photographs (taken by us) appearing in the Sourav Deb Photography Calendar 2027 or any subsequent versions.
- At no point in the future should the model request the removal of their pictures (taken by us) from our website, blog, social networking sites, or any other promotional media.
- All pictures may contain the Sourav Deb Photography logo, URL, Brand name watermark, copyright mark/word, and the year. Models should not object to this.
- We may record some/all shooting and makeup video footage. SOURAV DEB PHOTOGRAPHY will hold the complete Creative and Commercial rights of still photos and video footage.
- Models can use those pictures (given by us) in their non-commercial personal websites/portfolios and social networking profiles WITHOUT REMOVING OR CROPPING THE WATERMARK/LOGO.
- Models may bring ONE friend/family member during the shoot if needed, with prior notification, and that person must strictly adhere to studio rules and discipline.
- SOURAV DEB PHOTOGRAPHY will provide the model with the promised number of soft copies (high resolution with watermark & low resolution with watermark) via Email/Google Drive/DVD within 60 days from the date of the shoot. Raw/unretouched photographs will not be given under any circumstances.
- All shoots will take place in and around Kolkata. SOURAV DEB PHOTOGRAPHY will NOT pay for the model's travel or accommodation to reach the studio/shoot location.
- Basic makeup and styling will be provided by us during the shoot.
- For Bikini, Semi-Nude, and Nude shoots, utmost care will be taken regarding the model's privacy, comfort, and safety. Only essential crew members will be present during the shoot.
- After selecting a category (especially Bikini, Semi-Nude, or Nude), the model cannot back out or change the category on the day of the shoot, as concepts, lighting, and setups are planned in advance.
- SOURAV DEB PHOTOGRAPHY holds the full copyright of all photographs and videos taken during the shoot.
- Dates and times of the shoot will be mutually decided.
- Once the shoot date is finalized, cancellation or rescheduling by the model at the last moment will lead to immediate disqualification from the Calendar Model Hunt.
- Selection is strictly on merit and suitability for the concepts.
- If any dispute arises, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India only.
- All participants will receive a printed copy of the Terms & Conditions before the shoot, which must be signed before starting the shoot. If any discrepancy is found in the information provided by the model, they will be immediately disqualified.
