Engage in a TFP (Time for Photographs) photoshoot experience with no hidden charges. Open to 18+ female and male models, whether experienced or newcomers, in the vibrant city of Kolkata.

ELIGIBILITY:

Female:

• Age: 18-35 (preferred)
• Height: 5′ and above
• Vital Statistics: Bust 32-38, Waist 22-30, Hips 32-38

Male:

• Age: 18+
• Height: 5’10” and Above

CONCEPTUAL PHOTOSHOOT DETAILS:

TFDVD photoshoot involves two phases:

1. Indo-Western Conceptual Shoot: 2 hours, 2 looks, minimum 2 edited pictures.
2. Extended Conceptual Shoot: 6-8 hours, 5 looks, 2 minimum edited pictures, showcasing various concepts.

  PHOTO SHOOT TERMS & CONDITIONS – SOURAV DEB PHOTOGRAPHY CALENDAR MODEL HUNT 2024 (Contest):
  1. This is a contest, and the judge’s decision is final in selecting contestants and the creative process of creating the Calendar. It is binding on all participants.
  2. Both female and male models (18+ at the time of application) are eligible to enter and win. We reserve the right to verify proof of age. Ensure contestant’s name, phone number, and a valid email address are included with all entries. Only digital photos submitted online will be accepted.
  3. The photo shoot operates on a TFDVD basis, signifying Time for DVD. No monetary transactions will occur between the model and SOURAV DEB PHOTOGRAPHY.
  4. Models must not object to their photographs (taken by us) appearing in Sourav Deb Photography Calendar 2024 or any subsequent versions.
  5. At no point or in the future should the model request the removal of their pictures (taken by us) from our website, blog, social networking sites, or any other media where we showcase our work portfolio.
  6. SOURAV DEB PHOTOGRAPHY reserves the right to postpone, stop, cancel, terminate, or make amendments to the existing Terms and Conditions without prior notice or withdraw the contest at its sole discretion.
  7. The entry is open to all female and male models, whether aspiring or experienced.
  8. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, misdirected, or ineligible entries.
  9. Winners will be required to sign a Standard Model Release Agreement and provide two passport-size color photos along with a photocopy (xerox copy) of relevant identification documents.
  10. SOURAV DEB PHOTOGRAPHY holds the complete right to use or reject your photographs for Calendar 2024. Even if not used in the Calendar, models will receive their promised five Acting/Modeling Folio Standard best pictures (after Post-production/Edit) via email within 15 days after the shoot. The rest of the two minimum conceptual pictures may be kept until the Calendar release.
  11. All pictures may contain Sourav Deb Photography logo, URL, Brand name watermark, copyright mark/word, and the year. Models should not object to this, and they are not allowed to edit/remove/add anything in the future.
  12. For the Calendar, SOURAV DEB PHOTOGRAPHY can select model’s pictures from this shoot.
  13. SOURAV DEB PHOTOGRAPHY retains the complete Creative and Commercial rights of all photographs from this photoshoot. Models cannot request the deletion of any photographs at any time.
  14. We may record some/all shooting and makeup video footage. SOURAV DEB PHOTOGRAPHY will also hold the complete Creative and Commercial rights of still photos and video footage of making, backstage, group pictures, sharing experience or feedback videos or writing.
  15. SOURAV DEB PHOTOGRAPHY won’t provide unedited pictures for career use to the model.
  16. Editing our photographs further for any reason is not allowed.
  17. SOURAV DEB PHOTOGRAPHY has no objection to the model posting and publishing the best images (given by us) from the photo session to promote their modeling/acting career.
  18. Winners will be notified by phone and/or mail.
  19. If the competition cannot run as planned due to unforeseen circumstances, SOURAV DEB PHOTOGRAPHY reserves the right to disqualify individuals who tamper with the entry process and cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
  20. We believe in transparent and ethical business practices. If any dishonest communication or misleading information is found from the model before, during, or after the shoot, we reserve the right to cancel the entire photoshoot and charge the shoot cost as a penalty.
  21. All participants will receive a printed copy of these T&C (all 21 points) before the shoot, which they need to sign.
